Procreate, it's an IOS application I use on my iPad. It's got this line smoother thing that makes it impossible for anybody to realize I have shaky hands.

I don't really like how tall sonic's quills are but otherwise good job.

Love this, stardust speedway is one of the better stages in sonic cd, and it's really cool to see it being drawn with this much detail.
